"Take It Easy" was written by Jackson Browne and Glenn Frey, and was famously recorded and released by the Eagles in 1972. Winslow, Arizona was not a thriving town in the 70s, and I would say it still isn't but in 1999, the town opened the Corner Park to draw in tourists, and that it did. Being on Route 66 also helped. There's the "Corner", gift shops, a few restaurants, and that's about it. Is it worth a visit? Absolutely 😊
